Hi!
I have an issue with the message response badge from April;
I have some messages sent to me on April 29 and 30 that I replied to within 24hr. When i download the response list for April, they are not on there. However, when i reply the response list for May, they actually do show up as sent to me in April and responded to on time.
Regardless, the message badge isn't awarded and as a result, the star seller status isn't either - even if with the messages from the last days of April counted, it should have been.
What is going wrong here? I thought it would correct automatically but not this time

"Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period"
That's how it's set up: some orders and messages from the last couple/few days of the month won't show up until the next month. It's extremely annoying the first time you notice it.
The rules specifically explain that the last two days of the month do not count in the message rating. See the explanation on your Star Seller Dashboard and in Help Center.
