Star Seller calculation error

Orders under $ 15 do not require tracking, especially paper items that fit in regular flat mail envelopes. However in the Star Seller Dashboard it indicates I don't have the requires percentage to obtain my Star Seller because of missing tracking....

Orders have to have tracking or do not qualify for the star. Etsy has yet to change it.

For shops selling in CA$, only orders* over CA$15 require tracking for star seller.

We've double-checked the order that is affecting your Star Seller, and it appears that the tracking number for this order can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. Since this order is above CA$15, you'll need to add a tracking number to the order so it will count positively towards your Star Seller. 

It is possible that the number being entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.
