Etsy Banner w/Link Issue

I have tried several times over the last 6 months to add a "section" link to my shop banner via the Etsy Plus feature...This link is supposed to help customers locate these featured items more quickly...each time I add the link it moves my banner over to the right about midpoint of my computer screen. Does anyone have any insights as to how to fix this? 

I've submitted this technical issue previously and had an initial response from Etsy that they couldn't see the problem, so I am submitting this post again to see if anyone else has either had the same issue or been able to resolve this issue.

I don't have this to test, so I don't know, but:

as you can make a banner using up to 4 images (in a row, making it look like 1 image), and link each individual picture, is it something to do with where you click to add the link?

It also mentions crosshairs to reposition it. Does this exist for you and can you use it after adding the link?

Thank you so much for your post. The banner looks okay when the link is deactivated, but moves over when the link is activated. So far no response from Etsy...

Giving you a Bump; hope someone will jump in.

I have no experience with Etsy Plus or Banners, sorry.   Something confuses me though. You're adding a link to your Banner; and when someone clicks onto that link, it's supposed to take them to your Featured Items.  But your Featured Items are already located at the top of your Shop, so I'm not understanding the point of this.   *(please correct me if wrong).

I do see where your Banner goes to the Right of your Shop Page.

The link is supposed to go to a designated section within the shop, which it does work, but the banner moving to the right is the problem I'm having...thanks so much for your post

Yes, I am having the same problem and gave it a few months and just tried again and the same thing is still happening.
