I can't be a star seller even though I add a tracking code to the order. I added the tracking code to order #2789442844, but it shows as not added in the excel file.

We've double-checked the order that is affecting your Star Seller, and it appears that the tracking number you've added can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. It is possible that the number entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Or, the wrong carrier may have been added or chosen. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. There are a few reasons for this, not just actual tracking. The spreadsheet will say "NO tracking" when:
1. There's no processing time attached to the listing.
2. The order was shipped late.
3. Star Seller bots don't recognize the carrier used.
4. The tracking number was wrong.
5. The tracking number was missing.
If you added it manually, wait 24 hours or so. Sometimes they adjust by themselves.
