Star Seller Status

I had one customer messaging me non stop - I replied immediately to each message. the new messages pop up in the corner of my screen. As I was answering her a new message would pop up which if I was still typing would try to answer while I was still typing. She started multiple new threads but we were carrying on with the same conversation. If you could look at the time the one answer appeared to be unanswered, and the 'answer' to her question from the other thread, you can see how confusing this got. I was trying my best to keep up with her and actually didn't even know that I was talking to her about the same topic but on 3 different threads. I tried so very hard this month to get my star status! I had the most shirt sales I ever have before! Was so excited for this, and actually have a bunch more messages come in after hers, all answered immediately...Still didn't matter. So I'm confused and hoping you could look into this for me please.

Etsy is changing some little things regarding this in July - not sure when exactly it will kick in, you know how it usually goes.
