Star Seller Status

Hi everyone, I had star seller status for 6 months and then I had couple of 3 star reviews, 1 one star review and lost the status as star seller. Now I got almost 21 five stars reviews after the bad review. May I know why it’s still not updating to average 4.8 ? It stuck at 4.7 since two months.

185 ÷ 39 = 4,74

To qualify for Star Seller your ratings average must be 4.8 or higher. To get this average, we take the ratings on all the reviews you received in the three month period, add them up, and divide by the number of reviews you received.

In the end it’s just math. Right now you need 44 5-Star Reviews to reach 4,8.
