Star Seller Status problem

I only sell digital files and, for some reason, this last time shipping times were calculated and this resulted in me losing my Star Seller badge. I have no physical products listed and have not shipped anything. The download Etsy provided was empty (because there were no orders that needed to be shipped). How can I get this remedied?

I have the same issue this month. I got my badge in April and May by doing just the same thing. However, I couldn't get my badge this month just because of shipping. I have nothing to ship. Even digital files are better for this occasion since they can be considered as immediately shipped...

Same here. I was a star seller for more than half a year. It is hard enough to lose the badge for one missed message or a 4star review. But to lose it because Etsy is not able to resolve technical issues is frustrating. But it seems Etsy couldn’t care less.

I have the exact problem with my shop! After contacting Etsy support with absolutely no resolve, they told me to check if all my products are digital. They are, I double-checked. Still the same problem, which shouldn't happen (that's what support is saying). I'm truly hoping someone will fix it, as we as digital sellers are working hard as well, and we deserved the Star Seller badge.  

I have never posted here. Is there any chance we will have this issue fixed?

I don’t think they will fix this anytime soon. If this happens again I will cancel and refund the order.

It is not only the badge, but the customers will not have a download link in their account. So if they lose their files, they will not be able to download again.
