So i had an item deactivated by etsy because it is a prohibited item, but its not. I had a listing of resin mini brass knuckle charms that were removed because they are a "weapon".... But they are mini and about 1.5 inches so the only thing that would see them as a weapon is a barbie doll. This is the 2nd time this has happened and i got a warning that repeated violations could get the shop shut down. The last time this happened they removed a bong shaped pendant mold and and some dropper bottles i use for fragrance. They reactivated those items. Is there anything i should do so i dont have "points" against my shop?
I would stop listing problematic items as I don't trust Etsy to remove shop black marks even if an error. But yes I would contact them and ask them to remove any strikes.
