I just realized that my dashboard shows that an item is missing tracking information. However, when I select the order, the tracking information is clearly listed and the carrier shows the item was delivered before the ship by date.
What is the process to have this updated?

As of March 21, our engineers updated all USPS shipping labels that were purchased since the start of this issue. All labels that were stuck in the ‘Pre-Transit’ state due to this issue are now displaying the proper tracking information. There are lots of forum posts about this with tracking missing for tracked items. So far, Etsy has not resolved this glitch.
It's ridiculous. It's been a problem for weeks. They know it's a problem. They haven't fixed it and they haven't sent out any communication to sellers about it even though they know this. Three times now they've screwed up my records, marking tracking as missing when it's clearly there, and I've spent time on chat with them two times. I really don't have the patience for a 3rd time today or tomorrow; there are too many other things to do like, I dunno, running a d*mn business(!!). So, yes. I sympathize and commiserate.
