Star Seller - Shipping on Time Calculations

Does the Star Selling Shipping Calculations use the date the order shipped or the date it was supposed to ship by?

I had an order that shipped on 10/31 that wasn't counted in on time shipping.  The order had tracking information and it shows as being delivered.  It wasn't scheduled to ship until 11/1 so it actually shipped early and this should have made my on time shipping over 95%. But it's not showing in the download list of orders for last month.

I've review the Star Seller information in the Handbook and can't find this information.

Can anyone clarify?

@Pressed4Fun: Have you looked at the applicable CSV files?  Based on our analysis of the CSV files, it appears that messages are assigned to the month that the 24 hour reply window ends (not when the message was received or answered) and orders are assigned to the month that they are scheduled to ship by (not when they were placed or shipped). And dates are determined by UTC not the sellers timezone.

Hi - Yes, I looked at the CSV files and the order isn't showing in the shipped on time option.  There's no problem with the response times just the orders showing.  I just wish the information on "month to ship by" and the UTC were in the handbook.  Thanks for the information!

Etsy uses UTC time so the data ends for the star seller somewhere between the 29th and 31st depending on the days in the month.  It's been this way from the start but I don't think there is documentation that announces this.

Anything that happens those days is applie to the next month.

Hi - Thank you for the information!  I searched high and low in the documentation to find this.  I wish it was there as it kinda throws off the month if it ends during those dates and UTC time. I appreciate the help!
