Won’t download from email

Hi there I am having an issue where I went to the email to print label for my order that Hass to go from USA to United Kingdom but when I click it, it just goes back to the original order on the Etsy app I need to ship today what can I do? The customer already paid for the shipping and I need to be able to download and print the label.

@ShhItsSacred crazy stuff going on with labels.  You can print labels if you have the Seller app with the blue icon, or use a desktop / laptop.

Thank you, but what I mean is typically when I get a sale is in my email and I just tap where it says print label so when I tap it to print the label for this package is going from United States to United Kingdom. It doesn’t come up it just goes directly back to the initial order on Etsy app so I have no way of creating a label and the customer ready pay for the shipping but I need to be able to create the label so I can ship it is due out today.

@ShhItsSacred: Have you tried printing the label from the Orders and Shipping page using a browser?

I tried to explain 2 other ways to print a label.  Maybe it's different in the UK.
