I was checking my status for Star Seller and everything was good until I looked at the shipping on time....it showed 0%.....what? Is anyone else having an issue. How do I report this. I ALWAYS buy labels through Etsy....always. Yet they say It appears I haven't?

We've double-checked the orders affecting your Star Seller, and we can confirm that they were all shipped after the ship-by date on the order. Please remember that aside from adding a valid tracking number or using an Etsy Shipping Label, you also need to shipped the order on or before the stated ship-by date for it to count positively towards your Star Seller.
Moving forward, in the event that you're unable to ship the order on time(on or before the ship-by date), you can just update/extend the ship-by date of the order. This will then update your shipping calculation. The ship-by date can only be updated once, before the original ship-by date has passed, and can be extended up to 21 days. @VintageHare: Not discounting the possibility of a new Etsy glitch, but have you looked at the applicable CSV file (available on your Star Seller page) to see exactly what Etsy thinks is wrong with the order(s)? In particular check if *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that the CSV file is in UTC not in your time zone.
