Star Seller Review

I believe my Star seller review score for the review period up to yesterday is incorrect.

My stats say I have a two star review which my customer made a mistake over and it was changed to 4.

The two stars are still showing on the star seller page, even though it no longer exists. 

Can this be changed?

You have three 4-star reviews for the Star Seller rating period.

When was that 2-star review left? When was it changed?
Etsy updates the stats every 24 hours so I would suggest to wait for another day and check again.

I've got 100% for messages in my second Etsy shop, yet no badge.  I've downloaded and checked the file and all messages were answered on time.  Personally, I have little faith in Etsy stats.

I've got two Etsy shops and it's my other shop (BoudoirPrive2) which is missing the 'Speedy replies' badge.  The stats have been updated for 1 October, so are not based on the previous period.  The downloaded stats table shows that all messages were answered within 24 hours.

@BoudoirPrive: First off, you appear to be in violation of the rule that "you must list all the shops you run in the Public profile section of each account. " https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017604474-How-to-Open-a-Second-Shop-on-Etsy?segment=selli... Etsy appears to be cracking down on technical violations.

The Star Seller stats that you see now are for the November Star and badges. You need to look at the Previous Review Period tab so see what the October 1 Star and badges were calculated on.

Thank you for your observations.  In fact the information WAS declared in my public profile, however, I had changed my sister shop name and had inadvertently forgotten to amend my profile accordingly, which has now been done.
