Star Seller Response Rate Data Mismatch — 91% vs 94% (Both Wrong)

I’m being told my message response rate is 91% in my dashboard, which allegedly cost me Star Seller this month, for the first time in nearly four years. However, the email I was sent today says 94%. 

Neither figure is correct based on my actual response history, and this inconsistency is unacceptable. I’d like Etsy to review my real data, confirm the correct percentage, and fix the Star Seller status for this period.

This is not just a small discrepancy, it’s the first time my Star Seller status has been impacted in nearly four years, and it appears to be based on incorrect reporting. If this has happened to me, it could be affecting other sellers as well.

Has anyone else experienced a mismatch between their dashboard response rate and what Etsy shows in email or uses for Star Seller calculation?

Etsy has repeatedly said they will not adjust/fix star seller. It's all done automatically.
From the help pages:
"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. "

How to Track Your Progress Toward Becoming a Star Seller – Etsy Help

Messages sent on the last 2 days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted toward the next period instead. This is to allow sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.

I've been a star seller consistently since it started. For Sept 1 it's saying only have a 75% response rate, which is incorrect. I checked all my messages and it's 100%. I think Etsy has a bug!

Yes, mine is wrong too! I called and customer service told me there was a glitch and she would send me a email response as I could not stay on hold. The email with the explanation has not come yet. I have been on Etsy for 13 years and had my customer message response set to auto reply. Not sure what happened? So in response to your question mine is off too. Will they fix it?  I hope so

Mine is off as well. It is claiming I did not respond to a second message within 48 hours (and I did but not 24) but I responded to the client's first message and had detailed conversations with her. My message response rate shows 100% and yet they claim data shows 80%. What can we do?

Same...my response is 100%, my shipping 100% and 5 star reviews, but somehow I did not qualify for Star Seller this month. Something's up!

In a few days you see their download of the 3 months and it will have exactly which person you were late to respond too. When I saw the data it was correct.
