We haven't received any deposits since January 2025. Our bank information has not changed.
I reviewed my bank info and confirmed that I received the test deposit, which shows that the bank account was verified. However, we received few email from Etsy support stating that the deposit was unsuccessful.
"There seems to be a problem with the bank account associated with your shop ... ... we need you to update your bank
account information so we can deposit your funds. "
I've reached out to the Etsy agent team several times, and they mentioned that the small deposit to verify my bank account has been returned and that I need to update my bank info. However, after checking with my bank, they confirmed there are no records of any refund in my account.
I’m not sure what the issue is. Has anyone else experienced this error?
