"Accept Offers" will not turn off no matter what I do.

"Accept Offers" will not turn off no matter what I do. I can turn it off manually on every listing and hit save, it doesn't save. I can manually choose only one item to accept offers on - it still accepts offers on every listing. 

I can choose "turn off accept offers on all listings" and I get a message that verifies it's been turned off, then I go check my listings and it's still on. I somehow got ahold of a support agent last week and they said they would escalate the issue and get back to me. This never happened and the issue is still not resolved. 

I've cleared my cache, I've flushed my DNS, I've done a clear cache and hard-reload. None of this has made a difference. Not sure what to do, but I guess I'm automatically giving discounts I don't want to give - this could cause me to lose money on some items and I would like to know the status of getting the technical issue resolved.

Browser or the app?  Use a browser.  If it is the browser, use a different one.

I have no problem clicking the button on or off.  You don't slide the button.  You click on it so it moves.   Then you hit publish.

I just went to your shop and am not seeing the accept offers wording anywhere, I put something in my cart and still not there. It must be a glitch.

how do we flip this toggle OFF every new listing has it automatically turned on this is a pain and I have the new picture editing for new listings takes longer to make changes.

I've noticed the same thing. As I'm making a listing, I toggle 'off' the make an offer. Then when I go to recheck that listing the make an offer is back On, every time.

Very strange things going on in this Venue.......cue the creepy music......hehe

I clicked on a couple of your listings, and the Make an Offer option is not available.

It is happening to me too. There is no option in make an offer settings to even turn it off. Also when I received an offer  there are no options to decline, accept or negotiate. I have to send a personal message that I don’t accept offers and probably make someone mad. Do I tell them it is a glitch in Etsy system??

I've been having this same problem. Nothing works. Etsy support is terrible too.

Ok I figured it out (I hope). Go into sales and discounts and then you have to unselect everything but one item. Idk why we have to select one, but it won't let you continue and save until you select one.  I hope you're able to find it and I hope it works for me and you and everyone else!

I tried this - I was going to just shut down the offers but couldn't do that. It just reverted back to accepting all offers (on my side of things).
