Star Seller Rating

Hi, my star seller rating is currently showing as 4.00 stars even though all my reviews are 5.00 stars. There appears to be a glitch in the system, can you please provide support here?

Star Seller only counts the current review period. You have only one review is the current time frame. Give it a chance to update.

Are you counting all reviews received?  SS only counts reviews left within the 3 month review period.

Hi, By any chance do you have several orders erroneously marked Pre-Transit, when they are in fact In-Transit and/or Delivered?  (or is it just about Reviews).
If so, there are several Threads regarding this GLITCH, which has been going on for 2 + weeks.

Here is a larger Thread about it.  Many Sellers are Contacting Etsy.  There is also a workaround provided by the OP (PrettyVagrant), on the last page.

I only see a 5 star review in the current rating period.

Hello @JolieeJolree,

Looking into your shop, it appears that the buyer initially left a 4-star review, but changed it to 5-star on the same day. We can also see that your 5-star Star Seller metric is at 5.0. Please know that the data for Star Seller is being updated every 24 hours.
