Star Seller Qualification? [Not met when all categories met]

My start seller data tracker says that I checked all of the boxes to get my star seller badge for this time frame. But it is also saying "Looks like you didn’t earn any badges for August." I'm so confused as to why IO wouldn't be awarded star seller if I hit all of the metrics in the current review period. Can anyone advise?

You didn't earn any badges for August, which is August 1st.

The next badge is awarded September 1st, so if you get it (based on your current stats) it will be September badges, and is awarded tomorrow.
