I am a retired ABC News correspondent from New York living in the UNESCO city of Cuenca, Ecuador. I have several ETSY stores but can't get into my newest and most expansive one: GlobalCreatives. Why? Because Ecuador is NOT on the list of countries that Etsy can send verification codes. I DO receive a phone call when I go into another store: GlobalCups....and it's just a simple security code. But since I can't reach anyone in authority at Etsy, I am totally stuck. I have spent a decent amount of money learning this process but feel powerless since ETSY's customer service leaves much to be desired. If anyone has a solution, I would love to hear it! Thank you, Lynda
I like the email contact best. Include scree shots of relevant info to support your issue. See if this link works. Not everyone will get the same contact options.

and...
"If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy. "
This was truly the ONLY helpful information and I am so very grateful. Thank you so much!
Since you were kind enough to share an email address for Etsy, let me share a general one that works fine. And, by the way, I am back in my shop!

I do see your GlobalCreatives shop open so hopefully you can get to selling!
If you have more than one shop it's covered in this help article:
Your Bio and Profile Picture – Etsy Help
and if you have two shops, they must shouldn't sell the same exact things.
Thank you so much!
