Star Seller On-time dispatch & tracking lost badge

Hello

I have a problem with the Star Seller program and I lost Star Seller Badge for this.

The last month I had two orders which were marked as late, then they aren't. They should be shipped on 05.31, but I updated the shipping date or shipped them on 06.01. On the May report it's marked as late but on the June it's not. It looks not right for the calculation because in one month they marked it as late and in the other, they are not late anymore...

If the date was changed to June 1st, it wouldn't count for May, because the shipping date is now in June.

It counts them "late" because the program isn't written to not count them.

But it looks like not fair for the seller, because it's not late, but in May was counted as late and I lost Star Seller Badge.

Also, I made the shipping date on June 1 and I have a message in the Chat with the customer.
