hi I just finally got my star seller badge back after failing to move spam messages to my junk folder. However, now I see that I did earn my badge for June—yet the review that came in May is still following me as I am starting the new review period at a deficit of 4.7. Even though my last review was a five star review. Thai has happened time and time again where only the mega give stuff dramatically affects you, while the good stuff pales in comparison—that’s pretty backwards. Either way, per your guidelines the new review period should start me at that 4.8 not 4.7–if I earned my star status this month (June) which includes all those reviews from May and is required to be 4.8 to earn a star badge — how can I now have a worse score when no new reviews have even come in? It’s completely wrong. Please fix my score. It’s like you constantly make a 4/5 start review consistently spill over into months and serve as more than one bad review. This whole star system is such complete junk.
