I got a 94% (0.9445) for on time shipping for August. I went through each and every single order that had a ship date by June 1–August 31, 2022 (yes. every. single. order.) and compared it to the stats they pulled for the Star Seller badges and it's incorrect. I downloaded the CSV and the stats show that I had 379 orders with 21 late ships. The only thing that's correct is the 21 orders which were shipped late. I actually made 419 sales which included eligible orders to be shipped within June 1-August 31.
I should have gotten a 95% (0.9498) with the actual stats. There's even an order in my CSV for a ship by date for 5/31/2022 which should not be included! I know it's not a big deal, but I just wanted to point out how flawed the star seller system is. Has anyone else noticed this as well?
@TSUKISORA : Your have entered the dreaded time zone trap. It seems that Etsy uses UTC for most things, but many "reports" are based on your time zone - that is why May 31 for you may be June 01 for Etsy. If some of the "missing" orders shipped late in the month, they may have rolled over into the next review period.

I would work on not shipping anything late, rather than trying to work towards a 95%, then a time difference won't make much difference
