Hi everyone- I’ve been talking to a customer for over a month about her custom order for a baby shower- she went to place her order yesterday and Etsy wouldn’t approve the order. I got an email at first saying it was pending/ processing and then for an email this morning saying it couldn’t be approved. I’ve never had this happen before.. The customer is asking me what to do and I really don’t know. She said Etsy told her to contact me because I might not be taking new orders.
Anyone dealt with this before?
She'll need to try to reorder with a different payment method.

What?! You have nothing to do with whether a payment gets processed or not.
Have her check her credit card expiration date.
Have her contact the credit card holder to see if they declined the transaction as potential fraud. It happened to me once when I was shopping here.
