I have been messaging my sellers all of December on time. I missed two messages within 24 due to a holiday trip, but since then I have been within the time frame of 24 hours. My dashboard has not been updating. Today I messaged customer support again with the question of why it isn't updating and the rep sent me a spreadsheet of messages she had on her end. There was only one logged for all of December. Some of the messages in November were missing.

@lilyfrankjewelry: Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
You had 2 that you didn't answer within 24 hours? That will take 19 answered for each one of those to get you to 95%.
