Shipping on star seller

I am stuck at 94% and I finally “downloaded” my shipping report, only to see I’ve been perfect for 3 months, no late packages no missing tracking numbers. It’s starting to get frustrating I have 100% on the other two. Anyone else have this problem?

The 3 months you need to look at yet are Sept. Oct. and Nov. if you are looking at current with Dec. that won't count until January.

@LiLoPottery: When you look at the CSV file, make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

It's ridiculous in general. I cannot charge my fellow Canadians $15 for shipping on a $30 to $50 item.
