Star Seller - Message response rate is 100%, but I don't have the badge for this

For the past several months, I have 100% as my message response rate, but am never awarded the badge for it. I have the badge for my Reviews, but nothing for Messages. Any idea if this is a glitch?

The stats displayed are for the current period but Star Seller is awarded for the previous 3 months.  Click on the Previous tab to see your scores.

Thanks for the reply. I qualify for the "Speedy replies" badge, and have qualified for the past several months. I do not qualify for the Star Seller badge as a whole. I'm wondering why I have the "Reviews" badge only, when I should also have the "Messages" badge, too.

Glad and Sad this just isn't me. I went back and checked the log and showed to Etsy that where were no responses to messages for the past 8 months that were over 24 hrs. Don't care, can't change, that is what the system is saying is the response. It truly is a no win with any sort of issue you have when contacting Etsy Seller support from Star Seller, shipping cases, nasty mean reviews that Etsy will not take down, to talking to a bot that give the same answers over and over. Since Etsy is making money off of us regardless they have no reason to care or change. Sad but true.

@UStamp2   You have the badges.  The time period is 3 months so anything older drops off.  Referring to old information is confusing to new sellers who may not yet completely understand how this works
