I would like my shop to get the star seller awarded for May. It says that 1 message was not replied to from a customer, but it was replied to as the seller also submitted a "request for help" the conversation and responses and satisfactory outcome was all communicated with the client in the "request for help" messages. That should cover the other message response. So we should be 100% response rate for all of April.
Help Requests and messages are completely separate and must be handled separately for Star Seller purposes. Etsy will not change your response rate. Same issue, earlier today:

That does not cover the message response criteria.
You have to answer each message.
It's a computer program not a human looking at this stuff.
It can only say:
received message? Yes/no
Received reply in time frame? Yes/No.
Etsy says you are a Star Seller.
ETSY seller support was not helpful at all in resolving this. My Star Seller status is ending this month and can get it again in June I guess. Every customer message was responded two. ETSY must fix their system to connect the "Report a problem" messages to their normal message system. This will cost me sales. ETSY PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!!
@TAHardwoods - You do indeed have Star Seller in your shop. What makes you think you don't?
You are correct, just snuck in at exactly 95% for this period. At 93% currently, so I need to get it back up to 95% before June. All due to the one response issue I mentioned. (100% response to all customers)
