Star Seller Message Response Rate Calculated Wrong

If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum.  So here I am...

I had about 20 new messages from customers over the 3 months, but only the 6 in January were counted.

Only January Responses were calculated...  maybe the year was entered wrong - 11/23-1/23 instead of 11/22-1/23??

Did you download the csv to see what etsy thinks were counted?

@MaxsMomsCreations: "I had about 20 new messages ..." Were all of these 20 messages the FIRST message of a NEW INCOMING THREAD (which is all that counts for Star Seller)? As mentioned, look at the applicable CSV file (Last Review Period if for the February Star) available on your Star Seller page to see which messages were counted. Star Seller stats and the CSV file are in UTC not in your local time zone.
