Etsy says I am shipping without tracking but the orders do have tracking attached

I noticed my shipping for star seller was at 99 percent which i never ship late. I downloaded the spreadsheet and looked up the orders that it showed as no tracking and they all have tracking!

Has to be a valid tracking number through an Etsy accepted company … no random made up tracking numbers (not saying you are doing that).

Are you using Etsy labels? Or another service? You can absolutely use another service, but it requires you to choose the carrier and enter the tracking (whereas Etsy labels are automatically synced). If you accidentally choose the wrong service from the dropdown menu, then Etsy can't verify the tracking. If you are keypunching in the tracking number, there could be a mistake. Even with copy and paste, if there's any extra spaces at the beginning or end, Etsy may not be able to track it. When were the shipment(s) in question? The csv file isn't live up to the moment, so it could potentially take 24-48 hours to catch up and show the tracking being verified.

Other shipping services also sync. My PirateShip certainly does. And PirateShip has never systemically moved a decimal two places to charge everyone $600 instead of $6.00 for a label. That was a fun Monday on Etsy.

I used UPS expedited on an order that had tracking but etsy shows no tracking. odd.

Did you perhaps enter the tracking number as USPS instead of UPS? Each carrier has a different number sequence, so if they don't match, they won't track. I use Pirateship and it automatically enters my tracking numbers for me when I print the shipping label. They do both USPS and UPS, Great rates on UPS, too.

It was UPS. On a positive note, I contacted Etsy support and they provided exemplary service. Shocked and pleasantly surprised. They actually fixed the issue!
