Yesterday evening, Jun-30-2022, I received a new Etsy Message from a potential buyer, one who I had not been interacting with before. She asked a question that I was able to answer yesterday.
Today I see that her message is not recorded in my Jun-2022 Star Seller stats. Might not be an issue in general, but this time it is. I think her message might well have brought my message stats up to the 95%.
From what I can see, because that one message was not recorded in my Star Seller stats for June, I did not make Star Seller status for July.

Puzzled here. From what I read within the Star Seller info I was supposed to report technical issues with the Star Seller program here. If not here, then where do I turn to for help with this issue?
The last few days of the month are often not calculated for the badges. It's worked that way since the program started. I'm sure this affects many sellers each time.
Are you able to use the chat feature? I get quicker responses thru chat.
I can see the last day not counted, since you do get 24 hours to respond. This could be a mark against someone who gets a message and responds within 24 hours, but it has rolled to the next month. Both including and not including the last day, can be an issue.
It's not likely that 1 response would have made any difference - you would have to have 19 answered responses during the 3 month period. For shops that don't get a lot of messages, 19 is hard to get in that amount of time.
Other than messages from friends, I probably don't get 5 customer related messages over a 3 month period.
