Star Seller badge removed for shipping when there are no physical products shipped.

I have been a star seller every single month and Etsy has removed it after adding a shipping column, which has no data. I don't ship any products and all listings are set to digital. Please help. Anyone have this issue and have had it resolved? Thanks!

Etsy says without tracking, those orders are do not qualify for SS .. but I think I remember there was a recent change to the SSR for digital listings.

There is an ongoing issue where digital listings are being registered at physical - I (and many other digital sellers) are experiencing the same thing. I'd still recommend contacting Etsy support so they can add your profile to the "ongoing investigation" as they call it.

I reported that issue many times.. first report few months ago and still not resolved.. I also lost star seller badge because of this bug this month.. Etsy knows about that and working on that.. they say

Yes I remembeer this happening about 4 months ago, but it happened mid-month and so it was fixed by the time the next lot of badges were awarded.
