I just had a local pickup for an order and now it's affecting my (ON TIME) count. How can I get this corrected as I entered the information when completing the order?
There is nothing to correct. Star Seller does not recognize local pick up or delivery.
There is nothing to fix or correct. The Help Center article about Star Seller is pretty clear about local pick-up and delivery here
