Shop put on Vacation mode for reason Unknown.

I have no orders.
All my tax info is updated. 

But for some reason i got 

"Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

Anyone have an insight on this? I'm not getting much help from the Support tickets.

If it's not resolved in 48 hours or Etsy hasn't contacted you I would email Etsy's awesome customer service who will be able to help

It seems your shop is back online again. Did you have to change anything?

Okay So this is Important so i will share it!

It was never etsy! it was scammers! 

The Long and short of it is official messages from etsy are under from Etsy in the messages. Even if the messages looks authentic, unless it's under the From Etsy in messages then it is probably scammers trying to collect your information!

Review your shop and remove all items with trademark, or possible trademark, issues, e.g., Super Mario, Funko
