What is the purpose of the number of "items" in the star seller percentage area?
Because the calculation for Star Seller is only a 3-month period. Today (6/1) a month dropped off.
so you can see what they are counting to get the all important and necessary percentage to qualify.
I see Orders, you need 10 to qualify
I don't see items.
New criteria will be 5.
I know. But it currently says 10 for this period.
There is "number of items". Where are you seeing that?
The items that got a 5 star rating are high on 5/31 and then lower on 6/1. I don't understand this.
Are you looking at the percentage of reviews that got 5 stars? That says, eg. '95% of 18 items got a 5-star rating'.
Yes. The items fluctuate. So at the end of the month (5/31) it's high and then the beginning of the month (6/1) it's low. What am I missing?
It's looking at the number of items you got a review for in the current period. So if you had, say, 14 sales that got a review in March, April, May, it will say '95% of 14 items got a 5-star review...' Once you roll over into the new period on the 1st of the month, that number will go down as the March reviews drop off.
