So it looks like 4 messages sent 3 days ago (MAY 29th) somehow didn't count for my June 1st review?
Because of this my Star Seller Badge is gone this morning!
My message reply had gone to 93% on account of 1 missed reply while ill.
The 4 recent messages I did reply to would have taken me to over 95%.
Is this a glitch? Does it need updating?
For some reason, Etsy seems to ignore the last few days of the month.
It's definitely another Etsy glitch. Messages which I know I answered 2 weeks ago aren't on the Excel spreadsheet when I download it.
I think it is 90 days, not 3 months so that would make the difference between end of month. March and May have 31 days.
@Soapsmith - The explanation in the help center says months not days.
@NanaLetha This is what shows on my stats page: "In the past 90 days, you’ve been shipping orders ahead of schedule. Update your processing times to let buyers know you’re shipping more quickly" That's why I thought maybe they were using 90 days. I don't know, just what it reads on my page.
You may be right...though I wish they would be more clear about it if that's the case. It's misleading when right above your stats it reads - Review Period: March 1 - May 31
Yes @theemeraldcauldron, you are not alone in this...I think there is some sort of glitch. None of my messages were counted after 5/26. Etsy support assures me that they refresh this Information everyday, including weekends and holidays so there is NO Way they could have messed up....it must be that I don't know what messages do and do not qualify. It is very frustrating for sure.
A legit complaint. If the cut off day is sooner than month end they should say so. It clearly is.
PS @TheEmeraldCauldron I noticed you use the word amber in your listings. Be careful as the bots are causing issues with any use of the word amber and you may get those items delisted or have other troubles.
