I had a customer message me twice about the same issue. It came in two separate chats but it was the exact same message. I assumed this was a technical issue and only responded to one of them. This counted against me for the “speedy replies” section of Star Seller, saying that I never responded to the customer. In reality, she was satisfied with my response on the other chat and the issue was solved. How can this be fixed?
You can mark the second one as spam and it will update for next month's rating (July 1), but will not fix the current one (June 1).
