Star Seller Eligibility Page: Messages not appearing

Hi, I've had many more messages, that I've replied to within 24 hours, that are not showing up on my Star Seller eligibility page. Please advise. Thanks

Mine shows only 1 and I know that is untrue.

I just download the message CSV and it shows 1 message from August 16th. I have received many more than that.

@PrintableArtWallArt  :  The CSV file seems to only include the FIRST message of a NEW thread - the metric for Star Seller, and it also appears that the thread will not show up until after the 24 hour reply window has passed.

Thanks. Yeah, I have messages that were the first in a thread and the 24 hour period is long since over. Not sure why they are not counted towards Star Seller. Frustrating. Thanks for your response though.

Hello @PrintableArtWallArt,

We've double-checked your messages from July 2022 - September 2022, we can then confirm that most of the messages were initiated by you. Please know that messages initiated by a seller will not be considered in the Message Response Rate.

Your response rate will show the percentage of initial messages you reply to within 24 hours in your current 3-month evaluation period—just the first message, not ongoing conversations. As long as you respond to the first message within 24 hours, then ongoing messages within the same thread will not be counted towards your response rate.

Hi Thanks for double checking. I have 1 message that wasn't counted:

Sept 8th Barbara initiated the thread and it was responded to within 24 hours

also the only message I didn't respond to was a promotional message from GFX Monsters which I marked as spam.
