Anyone else finding that the star seller data is not updating. I've been waiting for several days for orders and message response rates to be recognised on the dashboard but they haven't. They have also reported that I failed to respond to a message within 24 hours when I did.

We've double-checked the data in your Star Seller and we can confirm that they are up to date. To get a closer breakdown of the messages and orders on your Star Seller. You can download the CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page. Select the Message response rate tile > selecting the Export link next to Message breakdown OR select the On-time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.
