Etsy Tracking has stopped working for orders where tracking number is for Collect+. When tracking attempted a screen comes up stating error code 404 "This page could not be found." This is definitely an ETSY FAULT because eBay orders sent the same day with Collect+ track absolutely fine. ETSY, please sort this out PDQ

from an earlier post on getting help:
When you are in your Shop Manager, go to Community & Help > Contact. Scroll thru the drop down menu to select what best describes your problem. If you don't see it, select I still need help. An option for email, phone or chat should come up. I would try to request a Callback. If you use email to open a ticket and the Response does not help you, Reply directly to that response (don't start a new ticket).
The pathway to "I still need help" wasn't as straightforward as outlined, but I did manage to stumble through another way and managed to chat and report the fault. Thank you for your input!
Royal mail site says there's currently a problem with etsy's integration with Royal mail, could it be that?
It might also apply to Royal Mail. I haven't checked that at the moment. Thanks for the heads up on that.
