Star Seller Data Inaccurate

I missed replying to a message a while back and did not earn the Speedy Replies badge last month. However, this month I replied to every message in a timely fashion and am back to 100%. The last message I was sent (and replied to) was on 6/30 but didn't count toward earning my Star Seller badge for July.

That's because it was the last day of the month. Help Center explains here https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403058372503-How-to-Become-a-Star-Seller-?segment=selling

under the Message response rate info it says-

"Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period"

@PartumApothecary: "The last message I was sent (and replied to) was on 6/30" Two things to consider - as @WitticismsRus explained, a new thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed, regardless of when you actually replied. The other is that Star Seller stats are in UTC (not your local time zone) so what is June 30 to you may have been July 1 to Etsy.

Also, since the July star is based on the "previous period" data including April, May, and June (and you only showed May and June) you must have had some unanswered or answered late new threads in April.

 Also, the data you pasted above only covers May and June, the period for the badges just awarded was April, May and June.  You may have had a NO on one of the April messages not listed.
