This is the correct tracking number how can I get credited for onetime shipping for[This content has been removed by Moderation. You are not talking to Etsy here--only  other sellers and these threads show up on google so you should remove the above personal information.

That said--you can edit the tracking number if you do it quickly. I am not sure how long you have to do so.

@ThePurplePuppy and @TravelThroughMusic A Seller has 3 days to add/change/update the Tracking Information.

Where Reviews are concerned, did your Buyer purchase using a "Guest" account. Guest purchases are not able to be reviewed.

Please remove your Buyer's personal identification information.

If you need to contact Etsy support use Shop Manager > Community and Help > Contact Us > Selling on Etsy. Then work your way through the suggested issues until you fid one which offers "I still need help" (at the bottom) and this should, depending on the time of day, Country, Issue etc, give you the opportunity to Email / Chat and / or request a Call Back.

Once you complete an order and add tracking information manually, you have three days to make changes to the tracking number or shipping carrier.

To edit the tracking number or shipping carrier:

If you need to change the number after three days, you can contact your buyer through Etsy Messages with the correct tracking number, and add the tracking number to your private notes on the order for your records. Keeping your buyer updated will help avoid any potential confusion or disputes."
