Badges and the SS can only be earned after 90 days from your first sale. When was your first sale? If your first sale was January 15th, then the first time you are eligible will be April 15th, but since they are not issued mid-month, May is actually the first possible time you are eligible
You must then make a minimum of 5 sales & $300 in the review period (April's review period, for the stars that were issued on April 1st, was Jan-Feb-Mar)
You have no badges at all, which leads me to believe you have not met those first 2 requirements yet.

Yes my badges do not appear and is the reason I am in the forums because there is no way for me to contact Etsy about this.
The $300+ you made in the first month will not apply for the May Star Seller. I may be misreading your post, but it seems like you made a lot of money the first month and then sales went down after that.
That $300 is lost forever as far as SSB is concerned.
I think they were saying that the counter went away, which is what happens once you meet the minimum. The dollar amount for each review period only shows when you haven't hit the number yet.
