Star Seller Badge Not being added

Hi there, I'm confused on the Star Seller as my stats and the Star Seller data shows I met all the requirements the past 2 months but yet not reflecting the badges being unlocked. I'm not sure how to go about this if there is a way to report this.  I have 100% and 5 stars, met the sales and orders. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Stars are awarded on the first of the month.  If you do qualify, you should see them in your shop on September 1st.

This is from Etsy: "On the 1st of every month we’ll determine your eligibility for Star Seller by looking back at the last three months of your shop’s performance."

You don't become eligible for the Star Seller badge until 90 days after the date of your first sale. You're almost there if it's been 2 months!

@CreatingMemoriesNow: Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the first of the month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.
