Thumbnail issues

When I post a listing, I adjust the picture for the thumbnail so that it shows the top part of the page but it's not changing when I actually post it. I've tried adjusting it from the Picture editing section and I've tried adjusting it in the adjust thumbnail section. Neither one is working and it doesn't actually change my thumbnail picture. It still shows the middle of the page not the top of the page where I have it set sometimes if I mess around with it long enough it eventually will show the right part of the page, but not always.

Make sure you hit 'done' when you're well, done editing. I have been saving my photo as squares, adjusted as I want, on my computer before uploading. I find the editing tool on site just not good enough. I have to say, I'm getting better at centring things.

Yes I always hit Done then Apply

The thumbnail image on the listing form was recently changed from horizontal to square. I have tried repositioning with horizontal, square and vertical photos. 
It's a little jumpy but I have been able to move left or right on a horizontal image, and up or down on a vertical image. Once you reposition, watch it for a few seconds to make sure it doesn't jump back. If it does, move it again and it should work, fingers crossed.
