Dear Etsy Seller,
I recently received a congratulations message from Etsy informing me that I’ve qualified as a Star Seller. However, the badge has not yet appeared on my shop.
I’ve contacted Etsy support three times regarding this issue, but each time I was left waiting for over an hour and then disconnected without any update or resolution.
Could you please let me know what’s happening? Is this a known issue? I would really appreciate your help in resolving it.

@BoldSignatureCo: Unfortunately every month there seem to be reports of the 'Congratulations' eMail having been sent in error.
Based on the dates of your reviews, are you sure you qualify? Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.
@BoldSignatureCo The community manager sent another seller's forum post about the same issue (i.e. receiving SS and then removing it) to a team.
Chances are you are not eligible.
Sometimes that message gets sent out when it shouldn't be sent.
You are missing some things such as shop policies. And your about page should list everyone that works in your shop.
