I’m at 92% with speedy response (3 buyers have no response) where two of those don’t need a response. One buyer said to disregard message and another canceled order which I promptly did. How do I dispute this?
All messages either need you to respond or mark as spam.
The guidelines specify that we must answer ALL new messages or spam them if they don't require an answer.

Since all new messages must be answered I would have sent the first one with a simple okay, and the second with canceled. Easy, quick, and follows the rules to have it count as answered.
One word used twice would have saved your skin. Done Done.
