Why would we get a "no" on a shipped on time/shipped without a tracking number when the item was refunded....it wasn't shipped - this totally affects our Star Rating
How do we get this miss calculation fixed?
Did you make sure to X Cancel the Order as well as Refund in Full?
Also, if the request to Cancel came through a "Help Request" message, be sure to answer that Message as well as process the Refund. The "Note to Buyer" on the Refund Page does not link tot he "Help Request" and this needs a response to count as a Reply for SSP Rating.
@DottedSwissChicks: You need to CANCEL the order as well as refund it - and do it quickly so that the order us not considered as shipped late. The Star Seller stats will auto adjust themselves.
