Spam ruined response rate

Response rate ruined by spam messages 

I had all perfect scores to meet star seller requirements.  I had 1 bot spam message I never responded to. It ruined my rates, I had no idea this can happen. 

Is there anything I can do to get my star seller badge 

? Even though this has happened?

Send it to spam now, it should go up in couple of days.

Simple solution.  If it's spam, mark it as spam.  Within 24-48 hours, Star Seller will update and the problem is solved.
