Hi,
I'm editing some of my listings and when I click on them the listing is removed from view (This item is unavailable - Etsy) with a message saying "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region."
I hope it gets fixed soon.
@Marmalady - Florida does have some strict regulations on plants, seeds, soil, etc.
Tulips don't really grow here so I'm guessing the OP obtains their specimens from a florist - or - they have the space to chill those bulbs in their frig for months on end, lol.
And even though the flowers are dried & pressed, State regulations can kick in since some seeds could still be viable.
It almost seems as if a bot flagged some of the listings? The why is a mystery though.
@FlatGreen I'd open a ticket and get Etsy to fix this. There's no guarantee you will be able to avoid it through certain words, so more listings could get hit.
Did you change your settings for any reason? Does your browser think you are elsewhere?
Check with an incognito window.
No, I was changing my listings using the Editing options
Thank you for your reply. Have a great day
@FlatGreen - As mentioned, are you checking your listings incognito?
Which listings are displaying that notice to you?
I'm also in Florida and can tell you my results.
The Botanical Original 6x6. But only the ones I edited this morning. The yellow tulip petals
@FlatGreen - Went to your Botanical Original 6x6 Section. I can see all 14 of your listings.
However the only ones I could cart & proceed to checkout where the Tulip Collection (listing ending in 9787); The listings for pressed roses (1424; 1431). Also the last five listings on the page which have the word Tulipan in the title.
It's almost as if the word "Amarillo" in your titles caused all your other listings to display to me as "unavailable in your area".
This is Etsy's legal article on Plants, Herbs, Seeds:
https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/plants-herbs-seeds-and-soil/242685907951
Since you are using real plants there probably restrictions in place in some States.
But tbh I haven't a clue as to why these particular listings are unavailable to me.
I thank you very much for your support. Have a great day.
Are there any regulations about shipping plants, especially tulips, in your area?
At a guess the Etsy-bot thinks you are selling actual live plants rather than artwork made out of pressed flower petals
Even if an item has been listed with no problems for a while editing / renewing it can trigger a newly-programmed bot

There are no regulations of any kind. The strange thing is I have no issues with the other botanical with purple tulip petals.
It probably thinks you are selling true botanicals. For that reason many cannot be sold across state lines or internationally hence the announcement. You may need to reformate your listing to prevent this or ask Etsy what you can do to prevent this happening as you are not selling botanicals but prints of botanicals.

Thank you for your reply and support. I have this shop for year, with REAL pressed botanical artwork.
Have a great day
I've had this happen to my listings, and Support expressly told me they could not be listed as they were banned plants (they were actually coprolite, and had no plant materials or verbiage included).
Etsy bots make mistakes all the time. I had to fight to get the items restored properly.
Thank you for your reply. Have a great day
@FlatGreen That's what mine said too. But it was all a mistake. I sell jewellery, not plants, and there were no restrictions.
Sometimes editing or renewing will trigger a new bot, or it may be a word you added.
Crazy. I edited back to the original description and nothing changed.
Looks like I've lost my 6 listings and need to start all over. I'll be really careful with the description. Not using the plant/flower name 'tulip'
Thanks again
