Hi All, I've just opened my shop and its been put straight onto Holiday mode and I cant remove it, I've received no information at all via email or message. I also cant find a way to contact Esty directly for help. Please help me. Kind Regards John

Did yougo to   Settings...Options....Vacation mode ....turn off/on

@SeedsDirect2U   I'm guessing Etsy needs to clarify some information from you - you'll need to contact Etsy Support.

It's usually an ID problem or bank account problem. You need to contact etsy by going to dashboard>community & help>contact us.
